For our private clients we carry out annual gas servicing and provide a responsive call-out repair service.

We will carry out an Annual Gas Central Service for £70.00 plus VAT and provide you with a Landlords Gas Safety Certificate (CP12). This will cover the servicing of one gas appliance (e.g. gas boiler) - for each additional gas appliance we will charge an additional £25.00 plus VAT.

If you require a central heating system upgrade or are planning to get new boiler or whole new system installed, we can offer to carry out a free, no obligation survey and provide you with a comprehensive and competative quotation.
