Hepburn Group has had many years of experience in delivering an excellent service to local authorities, housing associations and other commercial clients.

We have a track record in successfully delivering service & maintenance contracts, as well as central heating system upgrade and installation contracts within the social housing framework. We deliver these services to both local authorities and housing associations and we are proud that our approach to projects of this nature has developed continuously over the years and is constantly reviewed with the aim of surpassing our clients’ expectations.

We specialise in carrying out gas servicing and responsive maintenance and installation work, as well as providing additional all-trades services including joinery, building and electrical work for a wide cross-section of clients across Scotland. We also carry out loft insulation and cavity wall insulation. At the present time, we carry out over 30,000 gas central heating services each year, and on average, we complete over 30 full central heating installations each week.

We currently carry out contract work for several local authorities including Midlothian Council, City of Edinburgh Council and Fife Council. In the last 18 months, we have worked with several housing associations including CastleRock Edinvar and Fife Housing. This work has encompassed service and maintenance contracts, installation and central heating upgrade work, loft insulation, and cavity wall insulation projects.

Geographically, we cover the Lothians, Fife, Tayside and the Central Belt. Many of our contracts are measured term contracts and have several years to run. Their contract values range from several hundred thousand to several million pounds each.
