We have extensive experience in working within multi-trade environments and also managing large projects which require co-operation with other parties, both technical and 'social'. e.g. local authority housing departments, social work teams etc.
For the majority of the work we carry out, we coordinate our own internal trades such as electricians, joiners and builders, we have the required management experience and ability to easily work in conjunction with other contractors or indeed, other departments within our client's organisations or external agencies as required.

We have the resources in-house which enable us to fulfill all our contractual duties for the project and contract work that we undertake. Our operational procedures provide a clear, workable framework which ensures that all staff and field-operatives have a clear understanding of the procedures that must be followed, thus allowing us to successfully manage and deliver a high level of quality and service for all our contract work.
All aspects of the services we provide and deliver including property surveys, system design and workflow programming, will be controlled and managed by our in-house staff to ensure compliance with the work specification and the smooth integration with all the other contract activities.

Our company relocated to a fantastic new office facility at the end of June 2008 which is situated within the McSence Business Park in Mayfield, Midlothian. From here, we manage and administer all aspects of our gas heating and insulation contracts through our 24 hour emergency contact centre.
We operate effective communication systems for liaising with our clients, project management teams, our workforce, sub-contractors,
and the public, in relation to all aspects of the work we carry out for private clients as well as our contract work. Communication protocols have been an integral element in our collaborative approach in dealing with our customer base over the years, and our relationship with all our clients is testament to the successful roll-out and delivery of numerous projects and term contracts.
Key Staff & Personnel
We have key staff employed at all levels within our organisation who have a vast, collective experience in managing projects of varying sizes and scopes, and who are fully aware of the inherent issues surrounding overall project management, efficiency planning, and installation work scheduling. Our approach has developed continuously over the years and is constantly reviewed with the aim of surpassing our clients expectations.
