Since its inception the company’s policy has been to progressively and continually improve the level of service and expand its customer base by the provision of supplying quality products and services, these being delivered and completed on time at both a competitive price and to a very high quality. The company has always embraced the latest technologies available and has invested in all aspects of IT infrastructure and staff training.

Over the years the company has offered a wide range of services, constantly managing to diversify and compete in an ever-changing market place. During the late 1980’s and early 1990’s, we shifted our focus from predominantly working within the commercial heating sector to having a greater concentration on the domestic heating market place. Hepburn's currently carry out work for a wide range of customers and currently provide central heating services to:

  • Private Home Owners

  • Government Funded Bodies

  • Housing Associations

  • Local Authorities

Through the constant investment in both technology and it's workforce, the company is continuing to expand and grow whilst maintaining the provision of a first class quality service for all customers. The recent acquisition by the Richard Irvin Services Group will allow Hepburn's to expand its service offerings to both existing clients and to all new clients going forward.
